Can we purchase online? We do offer online ticketing. Online tickets for our shows are available here.
Why are there fees when purchasing online? When purchasing online, you will pay a per ticket convenience fee, however, no sales tax will be collected. Once these two amounts are factored in, the cost is almost the same as purchasing over the phone and should not discourage anyone from purchasing online.
Can we sit together if we purchase separately online? If you have a group wishing to buy tickets separately, you may do so online. You will be able to request seats together at the end of the checkout process.
Can we choose our seats? We will assign seats based on the group size and the date the reservations come in. We try to accommodate reasonable requests, but we cannot guarantee all seating requests. We must know in advance if you have any guests in wheelchairs or walkers. New in 2024 we have added upgraded seating options on our first level (this does require a step) & is available for parties of two or four only.
Can we book the theater exclusively for our group? We do allow groups or companies to reserve the entire theatre. This allows your group exclusive access to the theatre for the evening. No outside tickets will be sold. There will be a minimum buyout number during the peak holiday season nights. You are not required to fill every seat but payment is expected for the minimum amount. For other dates and shows throughout the year, please contact us for your event.
Is there audience participation? The dinner is served between various acts of a mystery show. Some shows will have audience interaction and participation. Every show varies and all participation is voluntary.
What time should we arrive? Doors open at 6:15 pm, and check-in by 6:30 pm. Please check in under your reservation name upon arrival at the theatre and we will take you to your assigned seats. You do not need to print or present tickets. The dinner is served throughout the show beginning with salads at approximately 6:30 so we ask that you are seated by then. *Sunday shows start one hour earlier with check-in between 5-5:30.
What should we wear? While we don’t require a specific dress code for our patrons, we consider the theater to be perfect for dressy casual attire. Some groups come in business dress, and some are more casual. We are located on a Christmas tree farm and the parking lot is gravel. Please wear what you will be comfortable in and communicate to your group what your plans are.
Should I tip my server? With the exception of business groups over 20, gratuity will not be added ahead of time. We employ hard-working servers and actors to meet all your needs. We hope that patrons will be glad to tip their server the night of the event.
Do you have a bar? A full-service bar is available during the dinner and show. We also offer a specialty drink menu. All drink orders are taken at your table.
Can we bring children? We consider our shows to be rated PG13. Shows are geared toward adult audiences but every show varies. We are a family friendly venue, but out of respect for our patrons, we ask that you do not bring children under age 5. You know your child best and should determine whether older children will be able to sit and enjoy the show. In general, we do not offer children’s prices.
What is your cancellation/refund policy? All tickets are final and non-refundable. Once you make your reservation, you are responsible for each seat we have saved for you. Please treat your reservation as if you have a ticket. If someone is unable to come, consider finding someone to fill the seat. We turn down reservations, order food, and make seating arrangements during the weeks prior to your reservation. We hope you understand. Tickets are transferrable for the same show up to 4 days in advance of the date you are attending.
What if the weather is expected to get bad? In case of inclement weather and the show is cancelled we will contact you regarding your reservation. If we have to cancel, you will have the option of being fully refunded or switched to another night. We will only cancel the show if our staff, actors & caterer can not make it to open.
